When I was young my gram told me to use my talents and take each opportunity in life... 'Later you can deal with the consequences.'
I did, and still do.
So I'm not going to write something very beautiful about being a mom,
and a psychologist, a journalist and all those other things.
When you read my blogs you'll find out yourself.
I still have a few dreams.
But like so often it's money that keeps me stuck in a situation I don't want to be in.
All I want is to move to the UK and find the time and place (in a small cottage near the ocean with the mountains within reach) to write.
I'm a Dutch woman, with Scottish genes.
A few... but they say one scottish gene makes a scot.
So I used that gene... I know how to sound a highland bagpipe well, or sing on smallpipes the age old melodies.
To enhance my English I blog in English. Started again after a silence of many years.
Writing poetry in another language is mmore difficult than many other things.
But I'll try...
